Ondeck Charleston provides delivery services and instructional deliveries anywhere in the world, originating not only in Charleston South Carolina. Our instructor/captains are the best qualified available and have sailed a combined 200,000 blue-water miles, which has prepared them with the knowledge and experience you want in a delivery. The school's captains have logged miles on both sailboats and motor vessels in the Atlantic, Pacific, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and the Mediterranean.
Free Delivery

Instructional Delivery
Instructional delivery may the perfect solution to your delivery and instructional needs. The owner and crew are able to participate in the delivery while receiving sailing instruction which will enable them to make future trips on your own. Instruction can cover all aspects of the passage in a customized format to fit the needs of the students.
Ondeck Charleston sailing instructors may also teach captain and crew detailed curricula appropriate for US Sailing certifications from Basic Keelboat through Ocean Passage Making.
Instructional deliveries most commonly encompass the Coastal Passage Making or Ocean Passage Making curricula. These courses are non-stop ocean sailing expeditions which incorporate at least one 24-hour period at sea, a 24-hour watch system, heavy weather sailing and day and nighttime navigation and landfall, so students learn by doing. Whichever curriculum students choose, they will be better prepared to do similar future passages on their own.
